Dealing with doctoral projects to be a suitable place to live with all facilities and services to suit customer satisfaction.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of Ph.D. project service providers.
Management of utility companies serving projects (garbage removal, maintenance, landscape, security, and other services).
Managing all utility company's contracts (MEP, Landscape, Security, Utilities).
Dealing with all facility emergencies and maintaining a hassle-free environment for Ph.D. complexes
Investigate and resolve complaints, unrest, and violations.
Inspect all construction facilities including infrastructures and equipment.
Maintain professional relationships with landlords to discuss the needs of their community and ensure the highest quality of service
Develop innovative and cost-effective solutions based on customer requirements to enhance customer satisfaction and organizational end result.
Prepare and present various status reports to the senior management team and other owners to enable effective decision making.

Education: Bachelor of Engineering. Relevant graduate studies are preferred.
Work Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, or real estate.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills. Very good presentation skills. Focused on customer service.
